Your HVAC estimate, from a local pro.

Calling HVAC company after HVAC company eats your evenings, and you can't tell who is good until they've been to the house. Tell me about your home and I'll find the local contractor that fits your job best. They book a visit and give you a written estimate. You pay me nothing.

For homeowners replacing a system or facing a big repair. For a quick fix, a local company's direct line is faster.

Start with your ZIP code

Five quick questions. If I don't cover your area yet, I'll tell you.

Enter a 5-digit ZIP code.

Pick the closest match.

Do you own the home?

Tell me whether you own the home.

Add your first name.

Enter a 10-digit phone number.

Homeowners only, for now

A replacement needs the owner's approval, so I match homeowners only. If the owner of your home is looking, send them this page.

Request received

I will call or text you to confirm the details. If your ZIP code is outside my current area, I'll tell you that instead of leaving you waiting.

How a match works

  1. 1

    Tell me about the house

Your ZIP code, what the system is doing, and whether you own the home. The form takes about a minute.

  2. 2

    I call you

I confirm the details and ask what you want to know before anyone visits. If I can't find you a match, I'll say so.

  3. 3

    The pro books the visit

A local contractor contacts you, comes to the house, and gives you a written estimate. What happens next is your call.

What a contractor shows me first

I only introduce you to companies that pass these checks.

Active license
Where your state requires an HVAC license, I ask for the number and look it up with the state board.
Liability insurance
I ask for a current certificate before the first introduction.
Local to you
A real business address and a crew that serves your area. Not a lead reseller.
Written estimates
The contractor agrees to put the price, the equipment, and the scope in writing before any work starts.

What it costs, and what I won't do

  • It's free for you. The contractor pays me for the introduction.
  • I'm not an HVAC company.
  • One contractor gets your request. I won't hand your number to a pile of companies or sell it to a list.
  • The contractor recommends equipment options. You choose.

Questions people ask first

Do I owe you anything?

No. The contractor pays me when I introduce you. Whether you hire them is up to you.

Are you an HVAC company?

No. I'm a referral service. I match you with the contractor that fits your job.

Will I get a pile of calls?

No. One contractor gets your request. I'll also call you once myself to confirm the details.

I rent. Can I use this?

Not yet. The owner has to approve a replacement, so I match homeowners only.

What about a small repair?

I focus on replacements and large repairs. For a quick fix, a local company's direct line is faster.

What do you do with my phone number?

I use it to confirm your request and to introduce one contractor. I don't sell it. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
