What we collect

Information you give us: your ZIP code, what your heating or cooling system is doing, whether you own the home, your first name, your mobile number, and anything you tell us when we call or text you.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We collect this through cookies and similar tools only if you accept cookies. We also keep the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave when you submitted the form.

How we use it

To call or text you and confirm your request.
To find a local contractor who fits your job and introduce you to them.
To measure which ads and pages bring in homeowners, and to improve the site.
To keep records, prevent spam and fraud, and follow the law.

Who we share it with

The contractor we match you with receives your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the details of your request, so they can contact you about your estimate. We share this only to respond to your request, not for marketing.

Service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, customer records, calling and texting) also process your information on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and to a buyer if the business is sold.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give it to lists of companies. If you accept cookies, advertising partners such as Meta receive limited data about your visit so we can measure ads. Some state laws call that "sharing". You can decline cookies and still use the whole site.

Calls and text messages

When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that we and the contractor matched to you may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. If you decline, we do not load advertising or analytics tools. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

How long we keep it
